Nivo Care is a comprehensive Hospital Management System built with Flutter and Firebase. It consists of two separate applications: a Staff App for hospital employees (doctors, nurses, admin staff) and a Patient App for patients to manage their health records and appointments. The system covers the full hospital workflow including OPD/IPD management, laboratory reports, pharmacy inventory, billing with GST support, and real-time analytics dashboards. Currently in pilot phase at a hospital in India.
